We are excited to announce that the 2714 Dunsmuir Avenue project in Cumberland, B.C. has received the Heritage Alteration Permit and the Development Permit!
Located on 2714 Dunsmuir Avenue in Cumberland, B.C. the project is a 4 storey, 21 units mixed-use building with a gross area of 1995 sqm. It is designed to compliment the existing heritage buildings along Dunsmuir Avenue with ground floor commercial spaces that align with the historic commercial frontages. The building includes several unique features including an interior courtyard, corten steel cladding elements, and exposed mass timber construction.
