The City of Victoria engaged STUDIO 531 to renovate their administrative space to the City of Victoria help desk. The office & technical service space is approximately 2,400 sq.ft. and is one of 3 Units in the two-story building. The renovation transformed the City help desk with the use of shapes, colour, natural materials, and an effective use of glazing for energy efficient natural daylighting to open, bright, and friendly collaboration spaces. The office was designed to function efficiently with a significant number of IT staff using the space occasionally. For this STUDIO 531 created:

• non dedicated work stations for flex staff.
• collaborative work areas.
• privacy pods for phone calls and small meetings.
