Description

STUDIO 531 converted a portion of the main level of the existing Luther Court Society building located at 1525 Cedar Hill Cross Road, Saanich, B.C. to a Primary Health Care Unit. The design included reconfiguration and renovation of 220 sqm. for Primary Health Care and 80 sqm. for Luther Court administrative use. The Community Health Centre includes a patient waiting area, exam rooms, minor procedure room, locum room, clinical support spaces, offices, and an admin area.
